The Hallmark Achievement of Awesomeness That Has a Terrible Underlying Meaning
Congrats on the 100 views guys!!!! I always knew that this day would come! It's the day that school work was popular. Actually, this is bad because schoolwork is not supposed to be cool.
Run away while you still can...

RGA Foundation Floor Plan
Created by Jason Boone
The foundation plan is the foundation to all our plans. In my opinion there were too many layers of this drawing that were drawn in bright colors. Enough about opinions, this is a class about fact.
Fact: I learned there is a gap between the brick veneer and the wall.
Fact: I learned there is gravel or sand under the slab of concrete.
Fact: I learned there is a gap between the porch slab and the main slab of concrete.
Fact: I learned there is anchor braces of a different variety outside the classroom.
Fact: I learned there is continuous re-bar across the slab.
Fact: I learned you can draw a filled circle by using the donut command and not filling it in.
Fact: I learned that blogspot says that donut is spelled wrong and I should change it to donuts.
Fact: I learned there is a line break tool that is easy to use.
RGA Roof Plan

Using the roof plan sketch, i was quickly able to form the rough plan of the roof. A 1' overhang was added along with a 5" roof beam. Arrows were added to the roof plan to indicated The roof slope. The process of calculating the roof ventilation toke two days, as the process to find the right calculations proved to be harder than expected. A table of the roof ventilation and calculations was inserted along with various notes pertaining to the roof plan. Overall the process toke longer than expected, when various errors were found a time was taken to change wrong to right, but i enjoyed making the roof plan and i am confident that i would be able to make one quicker and with less errors in the future.

RGA Floor Plan and Schedule

This was an interesting project that had much mental drain on the brain. It took much time, and we went very slowly. To draw a wall one needs a mouse. click, click and you are one step closer. I hope you click the right places. After much mistakes, like my grammar, one might succeed. Afterwards, you will need to post the windows in. This involves much argument with your group members, and it will be a lot easier if you find an easy way to place them, like with midpoints. Next is the doors, you cannot do anything to fight these... It's really sad because they overhang the wall and cannot be trimmed. Kitchen appliances are a real test. They require you to make a 2d image out of a 3d image to paste them. This is a hassle because the lines will try to click into a 3d point when you are tracing the object. This also requires precise measurements that often have to be changed, or as in the center island, just needs to be placed randomly to see if it looks good. The bathroom appliances were pretty straight forward. The walls we made were designed to accommodate our appliances, so the only hassle was the sinks which were scaled wrong and had to be fixed. We then obtained the acclaimed achievement which is permission to print. Before we could, we checked for mistakes, and found soooo many. We managed to persevere, and printed our copies. Upon completion of the printing cycle, it was pointed out that we had something wrong. That resulted in more clicking and a frustrating search for what caused the line thickness to be changed. Argh. See you next time for another sarcastic post!!!
